At The Rustic Kitchen, we serve up hand-crafted, street-food-style dishes alongside a fully stocked bar featuring plenty of local ales and ciders.
We're family-and pooch-friendly, so bring everyone along for a bite to eat or a fun day out at one of our events! From food fests to live music nights, all our events are run by the Hopley family and our wonderful team.
QUIZ NIGHTS
Join us every Wednesday from 7pm for our popular weekly quiz night.
Gather your team, test your knowledge, and enjoy a fun evening of friendly competition.
Entry is £3 per person, with cash prizes and food & drink vouchers up for grabs.
We don't take bookings, so arrive early to grab a table before the quiz gets underway.
OPEN MIC NIGHTS
Our weekly open mic night takes place every Thursday from 7pm and welcomes performers of all abilities.
Whether you're a seasoned musician, trying something new, or simply looking to share your talent, we'd love to hear you.
Weather permitting, the event takes place in our beer garden, creating the perfect relaxed atmosphere.
Sign up on the night and, as a thank you, every performer receives a free drink.
Come along and enjoy a great evening of live local music.
Before You Book...
We offer room hire only. · The bar and kitchen operate as normal during your event. · Guests order food and drinks directly at the bar. · Food timings cannot be guaranteed. · Hire does not include exclusive use of the venue unless agreed upon in writing. As we are based on a campsite, we are mindful of our campers and neighbours: · Last orders at the bar are 10:00pm at the latest. · All non-resident guests must leave site by 10:30pm. We’ll always create a great atmosphere — just within sensible, campsite-friendly hours.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required 28 days before your event. - Payments become non-refundable within 28 days of the event date. - Your date is secured once payment is received.
Ground Rules
- No outside catering (celebration cakes are fine with prior agreement). - No confetti, glitter, or table confetti. - No nails, screws, staples, or permanent fixings. - Decorations must be agreed upon in advance. - The booker is responsible for any damage caused by their guests. - Entertainment (DJ/live music) must be agreed upon in writing prior to booking.
